Who is Carolyn as a therapist?

Carolyn is a curious and compassionate therapist who emphasizes a safe space to show up as you are. She is committed to supporting clients deepen their awareness and discover new possibilities that align with their values. Carolyn works collaboratively with her clients to strengthen confidence, resilience, and hold space for the challenges that life brings.

Carolyn is a Registered Provisional Psychologist (#P8731) with the College of Alberta Psychologists (CAP). She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor of Arts - Honours Psychology degree from St. Mary’s University.

Carolyn is always out exploring new places and interests. She is an avid reader, golfer, visual artist, and can often be found going for walks (when the weather permits). She loves hosting friends and family for any occasion and creating connection over food and drinks!
