Who is Adela as a human?
Outside of the therapy room, Adela values connection and shared experiences. She loves spending time with her family, friends, and her pups, whether that’s exploring
the mountains, rock climbing, enjoying good food, travelling, attending live shows, or relaxing at home with a favourite show. She’s someone who enjoys music, trying
new things, and finding joy in both adventure and quiet moments.
